최신글 스킨 제목에 링크 거는것좀 알려주세요^^

위 링크 스킨인데요.. 현재는 제목에 링크가 안걸려있더라구요.. 다른 최신글에서 참고해서 넣어보려고했는데 제대로 작동을 안하네요...
