날짜 오류 - 작성 날짜가 항상 오늘날짜로 바뀜

그런데 날짜가 글작성일로 나오는게 아니라 첨부 이미지 처럼 같은날짜로 바뀌게 되네요.

뭐가 잘못된 걸까요?
