글쓰기& 목록보기가 안되는 경우

위의 링크에서 게시판 스킨을 다운받아 설치하고 글을 쓰려고 하는데
글 쓰기와 목록보기가 되지 않네요..
그리구 요 게시판 적용을 하면 게시판 위에 아래와 같은 에러 메시지가 뜨는데 요건 왜이런 걸까요?

요 링크에 있는 블로그스타일 게시판을 설치 하고 싶은데 설치방법대로 해도 잘 되지 않네요;;
설치 방법 아시는 분은 자세히 설명 해주세요ㅠ

해결 해 보려고 여기저기 검색도 해보고 다른 게시판이랑 비교도 해보고 했지만
왕초보인지라 머리만 싸매다 도움을 청합니다ㅠ
