index.html에 최신글 넣기 에러코드...경로

index.html에 파일에 최신글을 넣고 싶습니다.
찾아보니까.

include_once("$g4[path]/lib/latest.lib.php"); // latest() 함수를 사용하여야 하므로 이 프로그램을 포함시킵니다.

echo latest("basic", "news", 5, 70); // basic 스킨으로 free 라는 게시판을 출력합니다.

를 넣으라고 되어있는데..넣고나면 에러가..

index.html은 public_html/안에 있고
그누보드는 public_html/gnuboard4 안에 있습니다.

게시판은 기본 스킨을 사용했고 "news"라고 만들었습니다.
index.html을 public_html/gnuboard4 안에 넣고 테스트해보면
아래와 같은 에러가 같이 뜨고,,, 게시판이 출력됩니다.
