예전에도 그누보드로 몇번 제작을 해봤습니다만, 나름대로 이것저것 이곳 질문/답변의 고수분들
덕택에 어느정도 간단하게 최근게시물 설치할수있을정도로 해왔습니다만,

이번엔 utf-8 로 새로운사이트를 만들려고 하니......(utf버젼을 다운받아서)....

예전처럼 메인에 넣을 코드를 넣었는데도 계속 이런 오류메세지가 뜹니다....

제가 다운받은 파일에 문제가 있는걸까요?
아니면 제가 빼먹은 게 있는건가요?
