검색조건 규격 검색이 잘않됩니다 도와주세요

검색에 규격으로 검색하면 찾아내지못합니다
어떨때는 또 찾아내기도 합니다
아래 소스에 문제가 없을듯한데 어느 부분을 손을 데야 할지 .......도와주세요
