MAMP 로컬환경에서 DB가 접속이 안되는 현상

여러번 겪었다가 그냥 지우고 다시 깔고 했는데
계속 이러해서 질문 올려 봅니다.
어느 정도(1주일?) 잘 되다가
출근해서 MAMP를 켜면
저기 MySQL Server가 켜지지 않습니다.
웹스타트 페이지로 들어가서 phpMyAdmin으로 가보면
mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/2002):
phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.
이러고 연결 실패로 뜨구요. DB쪽은 딱히 건드린 적이 없는데
항상 며칠 있다가 이러는데 혹시 원인 아시는 분 계신가요?
(해결책이 있으면 더할나위 없구요.)
