해외 IP를 차단한 것이 없는데, 애플쪽에서 차단 풀라고 연락이 왔어요. 채택완료

어떻게 해야 할까요? 카페 24 사용하는데, 관리자모드 들어가봐도 차단한 것이 전혀 없습니다. ㅠ
