공지글 간격이 너무 벌어져 있어요. 좀 좁힐려구 하는데.....height를 바꿔도 변화가 없네요. 채택완료

아래그림에 보이시는 대로 공지사항과 온라인 상담이 4줄이면 칸에 맞게 꽉차는데

지금 2줄이 되니까 2번째 칸에 있어야 공지글이 3번째에 와있어요.

공지사항도 그렇고 온라인상담도 그렇고 .. 제가 lastest.php에 공지글<tr>과<td>에

valign="top"을 줬는데도 도통 변화가 없고 그러네요. 당최 무엇이 잘못됫는지..ㅜ.ㅜ.

상관의 압박이 들어와 긴급히 질문 올립니다.
